Transbulk Management Inc. (Transbulk) is a ship Management Company established in Greece in 2009 under benefecial law 89/67, specialized in providing Technical and Commercial Management for bulk carrier vessels.

Transbulk is the successor of Transorient Overseas SA and Eastmar Management Inc, established in 1990, having under their management and owning diversified 26 vessels (mainly bulk carriers).

OUR SERVICES

The technical department  Team, consists of high quality personnel, ensuring the proper and high quality technical condition of the vessels.

The scope of its duties also includes attendance of dry dockings/repairs, as well as spares supply as required.

Being  pro- active is the moto of the technical department, thus achieving efficient and economical  results  in the management.

The operations department Team  monitors and controls the vessels movements/operations in communication and coordination with the vessels, charterers, agents and any other related entity as required, in order to provide smooth outcome of any vessels actions.

Transbulk  provides to its clients the complete process for the purchase of the vessel, including their technical condition assessment/survey ,  as well as the inspection of all related documentation required for the smooth hand over of the vessels.

The company is monitoring constantly and assessing  the sale and purchase market as well as the freight market in order to provide consultation and opportunities to the clients/shareholders related to the proper timing for sale and purchase of vessels.
